Ace Pickleball Club (APC), a rapidly expanding national pickleball franchise with a community-focused approach, is announcing the upcoming opening of its new location in Downingtown. Located at 945 E Lancaster Ave., the new 35,000-square-foot club is expected to bring 30 new jobs to the local community, 12 new courts, and will cater to the growing demand for pickleball locally, offering Members the flexibility to play whenever their schedule allows for a flat monthly Membership fee.
No more competing to reserve a spot or waiting in long lines for a chance to play – APC’s offering of open play all day, every day lets Members get their games in without the hassle of coordinating with others, or any additional fees.
In appreciation of the Downingtown community, Ace Pickleball Club is excited to offer the first month of Membership for free leading up to its grand opening. Sign up for the email list to get notified once this offer launches.
The new location is owned and operated by longtime friends Savan Manvar, Milan Dalsania, and Mayank Jasani. As a close-knit group of friends and family who meet regularly for social gatherings and sports like volleyball and pickleball, they decided to launch a business that combines their shared passion with a way to give back to the Downingtown community.
Local to the area, they wanted to create a club that welcomes players of all ages and skill levels, from teens trying pickleball for the first time to seasoned players looking for a social and competitive outlet. With backgrounds in tech and engineering, the team brings both professional expertise and a hands-on approach to ensure the club is more than just a place to play, but a hub for community, connection, and fun.
“We’ve always loved playing sports together, and opening Ace Pickleball Club was our chance to share that passion with the Downingtown community,” said Savan Manvar. “Our goal is to create a place where people of all ages and skill levels feel welcome, can get active, and enjoy time with friends and family, whether they’re just starting out or competing at a higher level.”
Ace Pickleball Club prioritizes its Members, delivering a seamless and optimal playing experience with state-of-the-art facilities and cushioned professional-grade courts. Unlike other Clubs, APC offers simplified Membership model with a single monthly payment, similar to a traditional gym to allow for a hassle-free experience for every age and skill level. At APC, Members become part of a fun and inclusive community filled with unlimited open play, clinics, Club-coordinated tournaments, social events, and court and ball machine reservations.
With unlimited paddle demos included, Members can test out all of the newest paddles from a wide variety of brands to find their favorite. New to the sport? Ace Pickleball Club – Downingtown will offer free introductory pickleball clinics to go over the rules of the sport and feel more comfortable as they learn about the game. Whether it’s the calorie burn of a competitive match, or a lighthearted game with friends, APC has something for everyone.
