Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is reopening in Downingtown at the end of the month. For those who have missed their juicy and satisfying subs, you won’t have to wait much longer.
The Grand Reopening will take place on March 31 at 9 AM at 1086 East Lancaster Avenue. This will be a new era for the Downingtown location, coming back under new ownership.
The new team worked hard to get the shop ready. They are excited to share their extraordinary sandwiches with the community again.
Capriotti’s originally came to the Brandywine Square Shopping Center in August 2021, but seemed to fall into “temporarily closed” status sometime towards the end of 2024. The last Google Review given on the Downingtown location was five months ago.
Capriotti’s Sandwich Shops features classic subs, such as Italian and meatball. For those with dietary restrictions, they offer a few plant-based options, such as the Impossible cheesesteak. If you want to ditch the dairy, their bread is vegan and you can easily drop the cheese. If you’re not feeling up to a hearty sandwich, opt for one of their soups or salads.
