Local residents will have the opportunity to sit down with area law enforcement over a warm cup of coffee during “Coffee with a Cop,” hosted by A Child’s Light on Friday, September 19, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at their Downingtown office, located at 257 West Uwchlan Avenue.
The event is designed to foster open conversations between the community and law enforcement officers in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Attendees are encouraged to drop in, ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the men and women who serve Chester County.
A Child’s Light is a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and adolescents ages 2–18 who have experienced severe abuse and trauma. The organization works closely with law enforcement to connect young survivors with critical healing services.
The event is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
